E-Payments

Please note that Scopay is our preferred payment method when making payments to the Academy. 

Oasis Academy Brislington uses Scopay as the method of payment for a wide range of services at the academy. Your account will allow you to add funds to your child's account whilst also being able to check balances for dinner money and trips, checking your child’s meal history and receipts. You can use the same account for all children you have at this school, and for children at other schools which also use Scopay.

PLEASE NOTE: that our canteen and its subsidiary outlets are completely cashless, so if your child is expecting to purchase lunch or snacks, they will need to have money allocated by you through the e-payments system.  If you wish to put larger amounts on your child's account and limit the amount that your child can spend per day, please contact Kellie Draper on 0117 377 2055 or via email: kellie.draper@oasisbrislington.org

How to create an account

Follow the instructions below to create an online Payment Account using the Pupil Link Code provided by the Academy and then link any siblings.

• Click on Register as a new user
• Enter a valid email address
• Confirm email address
• Enter at least an 8 character Password (must contain at least 1 lower case letter, 1 uppercase letter and 1 number)
• Confirm Password
• Enter your First name
• Enter your Surname
• Enter Online link code, supplied by the Academy
• Enter the rest of the billing details to match your debit/credit card
• Click Confirm

Log onto your email account and click on the link to activate the account (if the email does not appear in your inbox please check your Junk Email folder).

If, on first login, any siblings cannot be displayed, you will need to link the sibling accounts as follows:

• At the top of the screen, click on Your Account
• Click on Link Accounts
• Enter the Pupil Link Code for the sibling, provided by the Academy
• Click on Link Accounts 

You will now be able to make payments for any linked student accounts.

FAQ

I already have a scopay.com account for another child.
Log on to your account using your existing username and password. Select the Link Accounts option from the Your info menu heading and enter the unique online link code to add your child's account. This allows you to make payments to our school using the Internet.

I don’t yet have a scopay.com account.
Visit the Scopay website by clicking here and You will need initially to register as a new user.
Please note whilst registering you do not specifically need to register any credit/debit card, but you will need to ensure that all credit/debit cards used for payments in the future are linked to the address you use.
Follow the instructions on the screen to enter your details and add the unique online link code when prompted.
Note: Online link code is for one time use only. It is not needed once the account has been activated. 

I already have a child at this school.
If you already have an account set up you will need to link the second child using the instructions in the ‘I already have a scopay.com account’ option above
