Year 11
A Welcome from Mr Worthington – Assistant Principal: Best Outcomes
Dear Parents and Carers,
Welcome to what promises to be a crucial and exciting year for our Year 11 students. As they begin their final chapter at Oasis Academy Brislington, we want to take a moment to reflect on their journey so far and to look ahead to the opportunities and challenges of the year ahead.
Year 11 is a time when hard work, resilience, and ambition truly come together. It’s the point where all the effort, learning, and growth our students have shown throughout their time with us begin to take shape in preparation for their GCSE examinations and the next steps in their education.
At Oasis Academy Brislington, we are fully committed to ensuring every student achieves their best possible outcomes. This means not only supporting them academically, but also helping them to develop the confidence, independence, and motivation that will serve them well beyond school. Our dedicated team of staff are working closely with students to provide high-quality teaching, targeted intervention, and bespoke guidance — ensuring that each individual is given the best chance to succeed.
We also recognise the vital role that parents and carers play in this process. Your encouragement, routines, and reassurance at home make an enormous difference to your child’s progress and wellbeing. By working together, we can help every student to approach their studies with purpose and positivity, and to finish their time at Oasis Academy Brislington with a real sense of pride and achievement.
Thank you for your continued support. We are looking forward to an exceptional year ahead and to celebrating the many successes of our Year 11 students in the months to come.
Yours sincerely,
Mr Worthington Assistant Principal: Best Outcomes Oasis Academy Brislington
