ACE IT! Is our exciting new rewards programme celebrating students who Aspire, Commit and Excel. Students can earn tickets through positive lesson recognition and excellent attendance, giving them the chance to win fantastic prizes in our end-of-term prize draws.
At Oasis Academy Brislington, we are proud to launch ACE IT!, our exciting new rewards programme designed to celebrate students who consistently demonstrate our academy values of Aspire, Commit and Excel.
The new initiative will recognise and reward students for their achievements in the classroom and their commitment to excellent attendance, giving every student the opportunity to be celebrated for making positive choices every day.
ACE IT! Lesson Recognition
In every lesson, teachers will identify up to four students who have demonstrated our core values:
- Aspire - Dream Big. Be Ambitious.
- Commit - Get Involved. Give Your Best.
- Excel - Be Your Best. Make It Count.
Each time a student receives an ACE IT! recognition, they will earn a ticket for our end-of-term prize draw. The more recognitions a student receives, the more entries they will have, increasing their chances of winning one of three fantastic prizes at the end of the term.
ACE IT! Attendance
Regular attendance plays a vital role in student success, and our new attendance reward scheme aims to celebrate those who make every day count.
Students will earn one prize draw ticket for every full five-day week of 100% attendance, giving them additional opportunities to be entered into our end-of-term attendance prize draw.
Celebrating Success
ACE IT! is about recognising the effort, commitment and determination shown by our students every day. Whether it is exceptional participation in lessons, demonstrating our values in the academy community, or maintaining excellent attendance, we want to ensure student achievements are celebrated and rewarded.
We are looking forward to seeing our students embrace the challenge, collect their tickets and live the OAB values throughout the year.
Be You. Be Proud. Be OAB. 🎉🏆🎟️
