Students at Oasis Academy Brislington celebrate GCSE success and exciting next steps
Celebrations were under way at Oasis Academy Brislington today as Year 11 students collected their GCSE results and looked ahead to the next stage of their education and careers.
This year's cohort achieved some excellent results, demonstrating resilience, determination and ambition throughout their time at the academy. Their success reflects not only their hard work but also the dedication of staff, families and the wider academy community in supporting them to achieve their potential.
At Oasis Academy Brislington, students benefit from a wide range of opportunities both inside and outside the classroom. Through a strong focus on achievement, belonging and opportunity, students are encouraged to develop the confidence, character and skills needed to succeed in education and beyond.
Whilst we are proud of all of our students’ achievements, special congratulations to the students below for their outstanding results:
Yasheika L achieved ten Grade 8-9s, including seven Grade 9s, demonstrating exceptional attainment across all subjects.
George S achieved nine Grade 8-9s, including five Grade 9s, producing one of the strongest grade profiles within the cohort.
Amira B achieved ten Grade 7-9s, including three Grade 9s, reflecting a consistently high-performing profile. Amira will now go on to study Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths at St Mary Redcliffe and Temple Sixth Form.
Milo B achieved nine Grade 7-9s, including four Grade 9s, showing strong attainment with a large proportion of top grades. Milo will now go on to study Maths, Physics, Geography and Psychology at QEH. Milo said: ‘’Very happy with my results.’’

Sebastian F achieved nine Grade 7-9s, including two Grade 9s.

Aurelia L achieved eight Grade 7-9s, including two Grade 9s. Elsie R achieved seven Grade 7-9s, including one Grade 9. |

Matilda C achieved six Grade 7-9s, including three Grade 9s. Amy B achieved six Grade 7-9s, including two Grade 9s. |

Lily C achieved six Grade 7-9s, including one Grade 9 and will now go on to study at Clifton High School. Filip G achieved five Grade 7-9s and will now go on to study at Bristol Grammar School. Charlotte B achieved the majority of grades at Grade 8 or above and will now go on to study at Redmaids' High School. Neve W achieved four Grade 7-9s and will now go on to study at Bristol Grammar School. |
